1. Acting as Legal consultant of government agencies, enterprises, institutions, social organizations and natural persons.
2. Representing in legal affairs of enterprises
a. Taking part in investment negotiation; drafting and inspecting enterprises’ investment contract and articles of association; acting as agent in industrial and commercial registration, taxation registration and foreign exchange registration etc. b. Provide overall legal service for enterprise bankruptcy & liquidation. c. Drafting and inspecting various contracts and documents of daily business activities of enterprises and helping them to deal with the problems of claims and debts.
d. Drafting and inspecting internal regulations of enterprises and labor contracts, helping them to mediate relations with labors and the relative departments.
e Representing in legal business in confirmation of the share ownership of shareholders; in the transfer of the shares, in the application right for the dismiss of a company , in the allocation of the company’s assets, in the selling of the company’s shares in the public stock market.
f. Representing in both domestic and foreign related litigation and arbitration for disputes in all fields hereinabove.
3. Representing in financial legal affairs. a. Providing legal advice for daily management and operation of banking institution and drafting, inspecting relative legal documents. b. Drafting and inspecting loan contract, guarantee contract and financial lease contract.
c. Providing special advice on legal questions in the fields of acceptance, discounting and clearing of bills, handling disputes of deposit receipt, deposit and representing clients in public summons application.
d. Providing legal advice for bond issue, bond redemption guarantee and bond underwriting to ensure the legitimacy in substantial condition and in procedural condition. e. Providing legal service for signing of insurance contract, insurance claim, insurance indemnity, subrogation and adoption of insurance beneficiary.
